Fascinated by Jean Marais, a young, athletic, sunny but totally inexperienced actor, he cast him in a silent role. This meeting marked the beginning of a deep relationship of love, complicity, inspiration and respect that would last beyond Jean Cocteau&#8217;s death.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nothing remains of the layout of Jean Marais&#8217;s bedroom in Milly-la-For\u00eat. However, the man who found the house where Jean Cocteau moved in 1947 has left a lasting impression of the huge film star, who was adored in the 1950s, and who would simply come to the village to pick up his newspaper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the house, the relationship between the two Jean&#8217;s is evoked, accompanied by documents and objects that attest to this relationship: everyday objects, sculptures, drawings, photographs and archive images, presented and illuminated in the space of the former bedroom, which opens onto the garden.
