Who are we?

The public interest group Maison Jean Cocteau

Created in 2020, the Maison Jean Cocteau Public Interest Group (GIP) aims to preserve and enhance the house, the garden, the furniture and the works it contains.
The President of the Île-de-France Region, Valérie Pécresse, initiated the creation of the establishment, which associates, in addition to the Region, the Departmental Council of Essonne, chaired by François Durovray, the City of Milly-la-Forêt, whose mayor is Bernard Bouley. The Regional Tourism Committee, chaired by Éric Jeunemaître and the Center Pompidou, chaired by Laurent Le Bon, are among the founders of the GIP.
